I am Dina Deason, a talented self-taught artist living on St. Simons Island, Georgia. 

I’ve refined my skills through lessons from artists like Loraine Alexander, Elizabeth Ellison, and Marden Headley, blending their guidance with my own exploration.  As a full-time artist, I continually experiment with new techniques. My multimedia paintings feature bold colors, textures from paper, and metallic foils for a luminous effect.

Inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe’s words—“I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn’t say any other way”—my work expresses emotions and energy, finding homes with collectors nationwide.
